Band

Homeschool Band is run by Tom Strang, a retired band director from our community. Band meets on Wednesdays from September through May. There are two groups - Beginner and Concert - which meet at different times. Concert Band members must have more than one year of experience. The band performs a concert in the Winter and the Spring.

We have a variety of instruments each year among the students:  Trumpets, flutes, trombones, clarinets, saxophones, tuba, percussion (with drums).

Lessons and group band meet at the Wirth Center for the Performing Arts (behind St. Mary’s Cathedral; top floor). Details are posted late Summer/ early Fall through the HEY email announcements.
